Ho-Hum

I can feel a very ho-hum entry coming on. :) I had a good day, but don't have much of anything exciting to write about. I went to work, saw a bunch of patients, went to the Pitt gym afterward and rode the stationary bike for 45 minutes, did the elliptical for 15 minutes and then did my core exercises. It was supposed to rain all day so I wasn't going to mind riding inside (my bike is still at the store - I pick it up tomorrow), but it turned out to be a very nice day. Bugger!

O and I did have Brownie Batter Blizzards (aka: Triple B) while we were at the mall waiting for his cell phone to get fixed tonight. Tripple B is the Blizzard of the Month you know. I highly recommend them, that is if you like LOTS of chocolate. :)

Summary for the week:

Sunday - 26.5 mile bike, core/feet exercises
Monday - 14 mile bike and weights
Tuesday - 16 mile bike, 30 minute run, core/feet exercises
Wednesday - weights
Thursday - 3000 yd swim w/4x200,4x150,4x100,4x50 and 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchers
Friday - 45 minute run w/15 minute tempo
Saturday - 45 min bike (inside), 15 min elliptical, core/feet exercises
