New Shoes
I'm trying to break in my new running shoes so I'm wearing them right now at work. That's about the most exciting thing I can report on today! I actually got a pair of Asics this time after years of wearing Nike. Nike has been making me mad, always discontinuing my favorite shoes and forcing me to find another model. So far so good with the Asics.
I have class tonight but I snuck over in between work and class for some lifting. Now it's time for dinner and then class! Yeah class! (okay, that's a joke, but I'm trying to be positive :)

Asics (at least for me) are the way to go... Nike has always disappointed me for the same reasons... not to mention the high price for what you get... i usually do my long runs in the Asics Nimbus... long distance race in the Cumulus and short distance race in the gel speedstar
