Trash
My feet felt a bit like trash today so I made the decision about mid-day to only do my spinning class tonight instead of spinning and then running after. I hope a few extra days off in between runs will get my feet to feeling better. They were sore walking around at work today which isn't a good thing. I hate that my feet limit me in what I want to do, but that's life. I've not lost all hope that one day my plantar fascitis will disappear altogether.
So I did my core and feet exercises when I got home from work and then headed over to the YMCA for the spinning class. My quads felt like complete trash during the class so it probably wasn't a bad thing that I had planned on skipping the run afterwards. I've been training pretty hard (for me) ever since I got over the flu 3 weeks ago, so this little break tonight probably wasn't a bad thing.
I'm also feeling pretty tired today. I think the lack of weekend (well I had one, it's just that I worked) is catching up. I usually catch up on my sleep over the weekends, so not getting my weekend naps is killing me! I know - such a harsh life I live! :) I think I'll survive though. Only 2 more days and then a 3 day weekend. The trick will be getting through class tomorrow night. The topic? Statistics. I will be seriously struggling to keep the peepers open for that one!

How can you not stay away for statistics?!?!?!? That's one of my favorite math classes to teach....other than Calculus.

that should be "awake" not "away"

Hi. Yeah, reading your entries over the past few days kind of indicated your feet haven't been feeling to good. I'm so sorry. Rest up. Hopefully they will find a revolutionary PF cure soon. That would be AWESOME.

"revolutionary" cure attempts: have you ever tried to gently roll your socked or bare feet on a golf ball when you are sitting down? Nothing miraculous but it may feel soothing.
