Quick Lift

I usually try to lift on Mondays and Thursdays which isn't too bad other than on Thursdays when I run and lift and by the time I'm all done it's pretty darn late. It occured to me that if I lifted on Wednesdays it would really lighten up my Thursdays. I like to have one day totally off with no exercise but with all my recent sick days, knee hurts days, etc, I'm not too worried about it. Regardless, today I took a little break in my work day to go over to the Pitt gym to lift. Now I'm pretty pumped for tomorrow when the only activity on the docket is to run.

Nothing much else is going on. I have class tonight which is never fun. I'll be glad when this class is over - it's a lot of work and work is about the last thing I want to do! I'm even more excited for this spring semester to be done because I'm not taking a summer class. The thought of no homework is just delightful!
