Humpf
I just got home from class and I am SAD with a capital "S"! Nothing bad happened, I'm just starting to feel the pressure of having only 5 weeks of class remaining but still 1 big stat assignment, 1 extremely large paper/presentation/grant project and 1 final exam all yet to be completed. The good news is, the end of a semester is always like this (well, maybe not this bad but still...) and I've survived every other time. I think the prognosis is good... :)
Regardless, I snuck in a lifting session over at the Pitt gym between a very busy day at work and the start of class. Nothing really exciting, although I did overhear a very interesting conversation between two college-type males regarding steroids. They were talking about one guy in particular who they felt was a "user". The fellow they were talking about was one big dude (it was pretty easy to pick out their topic of conversation). I was still surprised at their accusations for some reason though. I suppose it's a very realistic scenario that he could be on steroids but in my own naive world, I never would have suspected that on my own.
Nevertheless, I'm off to fold laundry and dream about statistics!
