Back at it

Well I'm feeling much better - thanks for your well wishes! It's amazing what an extra 6 hours of sleep can do... :)

I returned to work yesterday and even survived my mid-term last night. I didn't ace it by any means but I don't think I did poorly either.

Today I again returned to work and came home after to run with O and lift weights. We ran for an hour flat on the trail. I felt okay but a little tired out. It was windy and snowing and blowing and the trail was pretty mushy from melted snow and rain so we were running a little on the slow side. No complaints otherwise. We stopped by the YMCA afterward to lift weights which went fine but thoroughly tuckered me out. I'm very glad to report I have tomorrow off work since I worked last Sunday. The 3 day weekend is a thing of beauty... :)
