Title Block? - Part Two

I'm having title block again. What's up with that?

Today after work I headed to the Pitt gym. I did the bike for 30 minutes, the elliptical for 25 minutes and then my core exercises. It all went by pretty quickly. My whole day went by quickly now that I think about it. It feels like I just woke up (but with a lot less energy!).

Tonight O and I are going to one of those murder mysteries where the audience is part of the story. I've never been to one of those before so I think it should be interesting. Free dinner too - what more could you ask for?

Summary for the week:

Sunday - core and feet exercises only
Monday - 48 min walk/jog with 25 minutes running and weights
Tuesday - 1 hour spinning and core/feet exercises
Wednesday - off (class)
Thursday - 41 min walk/jog w/25 minutes running and weights
Friday - 2500 yd swimming w/600 yd time trial and 6x50 yd hard, 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchups
Saturday - 30 min bike, 25 min elliptical, core/feet exercises
