Forgot the Summary for the Week
Sunday - 48 min walk/jog w/19 min running, core and feet exercises
Monday - 45 min bike and weights
Tuesday - 1 hour spinning and core and feet exercises
Wednesday - off (class)
Thursday - 47 min walk/jog w/22 min running and weights
Friday - 1 hour bike ride (OUTSIDE!) and 2x25 pushups, 2x100 crunchups
Saturday - 3000 yd swim w/10x100 yd hard, 10x50 yd kick hard, core and feet exercises

my goodness. if i can count on someone to motivate me about my swimming it's you. you're considering master's swimming?? you swim a gazillion yards now!!!! i am so impressed/motivated.
and thank you for sharing your cholesterol info with us. it's a bit scary i am sure, but good luck with the challenge. i'm excited to see how a change in diet works for you. that's ALSO motivation to me to shape up my nutritional intake...this week a 70 year-old nun (a tiny little person who shares my undying passion for peanut butter) told me to take flax seed oil to combat high cholosterol. :) so i guess it's something everyone has to keep an eye on.
