Un-cranked
Well the dog is still sick and the garage door opener still doesn't work, but I'm must less cranky. I think that's a good thing. I did get a free lunch today at work - that might have had something to do with it. :)
After work O and I both went to spinning. It was his first time and I think he liked it although he might have lost 2-3 pounds in sweat! I tried to challenge myself with the resistance. Lots of those "jumps" which really kill my quads! I also did my core exercises and feet exercises today.
This seems like quite possibly the longest week of my life, although it's almost coming to a close! Tomorrow should prove to be a doosey as we are supposed to get 4-7 inches of snow (or 3-5 inches depending on which station you watch) and everyone is freaking out. For the life of me I will never understand such behavior. Really people, WE LIVE IN PITTSBURGH! It snows here a lot and there are more salt trucks than one could possibly imagine. I can understand if it was going to snow 6 inches in say...Florida...but come on! The drivers tomorrow will be horrendous - like they've never seen snow before in their lives. Ahh...maybe it will miss us altogether?! :)
Have a great night everyone! Let it snow! :)
