Mini Entry

>core exercises
>10 minutes bike (waiting for an elliptical)
>1x15 pullups/dips/chinups (waiting for an elliptical, using that assist device to help you do the full range of the exercise but not use all your weight)
>35 minutes elliptical (finally)
>feet exercises (at home)

Clean house, grocery shopping, play with dog, fix yard where dog dug a big hole (O's job, not mine).
Company tomorrow! 3 of my college roomates, one of their husbands. I can't wait!

I think I've recovered from my pizza fest yesterday. So much so that I ate pizza for dinner tonight. No joke.
