Killer Spinning
There was an evil lady leading our spinning class this evening. I've never went to one of her classes before. Man was it rough! I liked it because it was super challenging but there was more than occasion in which I feared my heart was going to explode from my chest and/or my quads were going to disintegrate into nothingness. Whew. The class was almost full which is rarely the case in the other classe I've been to so I think this particular teacher is well liked. I can see why, even if she is evil. :)
O and I also lifted BEFORE spinning since the class didn't start until 6:15 pm. That may have contributed to my quad soreness/tiredness.
And now I'm really tired and anxious to go to bed! I can't believe Christmas is this weekend. I actually work Christmas Day but have Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday off around the holiday. Yippppeeee!!

Those are the best kind of instructors. We have a guy whose classes sound really similar and there are never any bikes left during his class in the winter. It seems the harder the class the more people come.
