Happy Thanksgiving!
Roxy, O and I all took a long walk this morning when we got up. It was snowing and cold but fun considering Roxy seems to really enjoy the snow!
Items Roxy ate on her walk today:
(1) 1 dead bird, feathers included (despite our desperate attempts to remove the thing from her mouth)
(2) 1 dead worm (which we figured was meant to feed the dead bird inside her tummy), which she later spit back out
(3) 2-3 rocks
(4) lots of snow
I did do my core exercises and feet exercises but of course the gym and YMCA are closed today for the holiday.
I hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving celebration! Eat plenty and be merry! :)

Do you feed this dog? You know, regular dog food -- kibbles and stuff.

That dog really does have a stomach of steel! Do you feed her at home, or does she need to scavenge for her food? :-)

Hey, make sure you give Roxie a big kiss on the snout!

I swear we feed her!!!! (although she might tell you otherwise) 1/2 cup Purina One twice a day - just what the vet told us to feed her!! Plus dog bisquits, rawhides and random tasty treats that fall from the kitchen counter.

Upon consulting the Purina One wesbsite, we decided to up her meals to 3/4 cup twice a day. Hopefully, this will remove the need to scavenge for dead birds and such. But then again, it probably won't stop her.
