Early Morning Biking

O and I have our final walk-through this evening in preparation for our home closing tomorrow, so I cross trained this morning instead of waiting until after work. It felt so fall-like when I was walking to the fitness room - it was in the 50s and felt so awesome!

I biked for 35 minutes while watching the morning news and then did 2 sets each of 25 pushups and 100 crunchups. Chester is still feeling good. Needless to say, I'm loving life. (although when I can run and be pain free - then I'll REALLY be loving life)
