Friday
I shouldn't have been so glad that today was Friday considering my short week, but I was. What can I say? It's always nice to know you don't have to go to work tomorrow, no matter when tomorrow is. In any case, I found myself on the bike this morning--what a shock. My Achilles still feels sore on the bike and doesn't get worse throughout, but I know that I really can't try to run again until I don't really notice it on the bike. It's definitely manageable though and as we all know, riding my trainer is my exercise of choice these days. My left knee was actually a little sore today for some reason too so I tried to just take it easy and not do too many hard/out of the saddle intervals. I watched some "30 Rock" and last night's "Grey's." I was thinking about giving up Grey's after last week's episode, but this one was a little better. It's hard to give up on a show when you don't delete it from your DVR schedule!
That's all I've got to report for today--we're home after going out for Vietnamese food and just chilling. Happy weekend to all!
