Just the bare minimum
My workout/lifting schedule is less predictable this week because of Thanksgiving and all the plans that go along with that. We're heading up to New York tonight and I knew work would be crazy today so I planned on having a one-workout day today. I contemplated trying to squeeze in lifting this morning as well, but I am a little sore from doing so yesterday evening and it is much more enjoyable to bike at home where I can watch my shows! However, we seem to be having some problems with our hot water, so perhaps a shower at the gym would have been more enjoyable.
So I did what I could this morning--a hard bike workout and some extra abs/hamstring stuff. I watched "Dexter" and "Grey's"--and this time "Grey's" was bloodier. My knee was feeling pretty good--actually, my only complaint was my other leg. I got a cramp and had to skip a couple of hill intervals before it subsided. But nothing too terrible.
We are staying in Brooklyn tonight so I am crossing my fingers for a decent run in the summer '05 'hood. Safe travels to everyone!
