Broadway biking
This is barely worth blogging about, but...I've given up on being embarrassed by my TV choices while biking. I admit it--I fully enjoyed the finale of the "Legally Blonde" reality show (premise is casting for the Broadway show). I was singing along during my workout--or, at least, humming along as best as I could. I think it's just the fact that it has music and it makes the workout more fun. My knees felt pretty good this morning, too. I had a work happy hour tonight so I biked a little bit longer in the morning than usual.
I guess I don't have anything else workout-related to write about today--it was a light day for me!
