I hope I'm just sore
Checking in with a quick blog entry in between meetings and before we head up to New York for the weekend. I had a good trainer ride this morning and was amply entertained by "Weeds" and "Real World." My legs and knees felt totally fine but now that I've been at work for a few hours, the inside of my healing knee feels tight and a little sore. Not like it was before I had the surgery, but anytime I feel anything over there, I get really nervous. I iced it a bit and I don't have anymore formal workouts planned today--just walking around carrying my bag through Penn Station and walking from the subway to Matt's mom's apartment in Brooklyn. Maybe some rest will help. Maybe it is a bad Friday the 13th joke...
