That old familiar feeling
It sure was dark this morning. I woke up on time, for once, so that I could run/walk for a little while before biking. Unfortunately it didn't go as well as last time. I haven't had any inner knee pain for several days (even after the last "run") but on my second three-minute jog interval, I could start to feel a little discomfort in there. Not too badly, but I don't understand what triggers it. It's not like I'm overdoing it here. Anyway, it is definitely not like it was, and hopefully whatever is irritating it will subside, but it is upsetting. In any case, biking was fine--this week's "In Treatment" episodes were available for my viewing pleasure as of this morning--but I was just preoccupied thinking about my knee.
Let's see, not much else exciting to report. It was nice to have my officemate back (she was on a work trip at the end of last week) and there was a lot going on today. I did my thing at the gym and then checked in with Matt, but he wasn't ready to leave work yet. I was too hungry to wait around so I took the Metro home and made myself dinner! Now it is time to pay the bills...the excitement continues!
[Wait--Matt just reminded me that I do have exciting news! A picture taken at Saturday's benefit appeared in today's issue of Bisnow, a real estate social newsletter that lots of people who are "in the bid'ness" read. You can check it out here: http://bisnow.com/res.php?p=915 (scroll down). ]
