Technical difficulties

I woke up definitely a bit sore from my running experiment but with no major aches and pains. I was on the bike as soon as I could get ready and looking forward to some more "In Treatment" since it is getting very good. But there was something wrong with On Demand! It kept giving me error messages despite the fact that I tried ten times. So it was the rest of "Cutting Edge 2" which worked out perfectly in terms of the amount of time I was on the bike. It was entertaining, but of course predictable. At least it was something to take my mind off the monotony of riding the trainer. My knee bothered me a little bit on hills so I cut back. Otherwise the workout was status quo.

Speaking of status quo, not much to report from the rest of my day. I was kind of tired by the time I got to the gym and I felt like I was just going through the motions. I also had the misfortune of being there at the same time as this group of loud, obnoxious guys who were talking nonstop about their NCAA basketball picks and why other people's picks were stupid. Lovely.

Matt stayed at work late tonight, so I came home without him and he missed a nice dinner of trout, Brussels sprouts, and orzo. I am heading to bed as early as I can because I plan to be at the gym early in the morning and I am doubtful that I will feel like waking up when the alarm goes off!
