Sensing a pattern

I am a creature of habit, so it is not surprising that my biking in the morning-lifting in the afternoon days are starting to blend. This morning I was excited to have some new "House" episodes to watch since it had been several days. My knee felt pretty good, no major complaints. I noticed that my mind was wandering a bit despite the fact that it was a good episode--not sure why. I did feel less tired/sleepy when I woke up, which was a very good thing.

It was "pizza Wednesday" at work again today, always a nice treat. Not exactly healthy, but we get salad too and it's fun once in a while. Sometimes people hang out and eat together but things have been really busy so most of us ate in our offices. I share an office though so it is not as antisocial as it sounds!

The gym was status quo. One of the trainers told me I always look "intense" and wondered what sport I played. It's not exactly intensity, it's more a matter of getting through my workout as quickly as possible so I can go home and eat dinner!
