Windy Friday
I think the weather was still in the process of changing (i.e. getting colder) this morning when I ran because it was super windy and it definitely seemed to be colder each time I went outside later in the day. I did my usual Friday loop, which I actually don't think I've done in a couple of weeks for one reason or another. It was pretty uneventful and I am not going to say much about my leg because while it was runnable, I had a few more aches and pains than usual. So it wasn't my best run this week, but not the worst either.
I went first to the dentist, since I now knew this was the correct day for my appointment. The whole thing took a long time, first because the dentist was running later, next because it took three shots to get my numb, and then because the filling was "one of the biggest" the dentist had ever seen. So deep, in fact, that it needs a crown, but I am going to wait until January to do that so that I have a new insurance tier. But I must say, after the numbness wore off, I could tell that my mouth already felt better. I think this one must have been bothering me for a while.
I don't really have much more exciting news to report. I am looking forward to following the big post-season cross-country meets this weekend! Happy weekend to all!
