Not too bad
It is late and I'm tired so this will be quick! My run this morning felt like it happened ages ago. It wasn't too bad leg and knee-wise except for a few steps that felt funny. Being the routinized person that I am, I did my Friday loop. Not too many hills and a bunch of shade, which was good on a humid morning. Toward the end of the run, I was waiting at a stoplight next to a woman who was screaming and carrying on about "choosing the devil." It was kind of freaky but I don't think she knew what she was saying.
I'm attempting to meet Leilani in the (early) morning for part of her long run, so I should already be sleeping. Happy weekend to all!
