Cross train and TV catch up

I've gotten into a Monday cross-training routine, which seems to be going okay for now. When I woke up, I had a headache, and I was dreading how it would feel riding the trainer. But I took Aleve and that seemed to do the trick almost immediately--amazing! Maybe I slept weird on my head or something. Anyway, I turned the a/c in the apartment up and hopped on the bike and had a pretty good workout. I did a bunch of "hills" and my legs felt fine (until they got tired and then I felt like I could barely pedal). I watched last week's "ER" and yet another amusing episode of "Tori and Dean." In this one, they were launching their new french-fry business and it was making me extremely hungry!

Speaking of hunger, I was hungry at the gym tonight and hurried through a bit of biking and lifting before I got totally low blood sugar. As I was walking home from the bus, I was thinking about how I can barely remember any days in the last several months where I wasn't totally sweaty when I got home (tonight was no exception). I think it's supposed to cool off again after tomorrow, but I'll believe it when I feel it.

Matt is at a really neat performance tonight and I'm totally jealous. It's this 24 Hour Plays thing on Broadway--basically a bunch of famous actors are given 24 hours to write, rehearse and perform short plays (I think). One of the law firms that Matt's company works with is a sponsor, so he and a few co-workers snagged a seat. They even get to go to the afterparty!! I can't wait to hear about it.
