"Running" around
I am leaving work a little early to go to the airport for my Boston trip and then my Internet access will be spotty (dial-up!) so I thought it would be a good idea to update now. I rode my trainer this morning and it was much better than the other times I've tried to do that this week. So things are progressing--I hope--but the stairs are still a problem. I would try running but I feel like I have been putting time "in the bank," so to speak, and I don't want that to go to waste. I will just suck it up and reassess on Monday. But that doesn't mean I can't be frustrated about it!
I watched last night's Grey's Anatomy and ER while I biked. I was glad to have the opportunity to do that. But I didn't anticipate Grey's being longer than an hour, and that's when my tape switched to NBC for ER, so I missed the last 20 minutes or so. My student intern filled me in and it sounds like it was a real downer--I don't think I missed much! ER was also depressing and the big, season-ending cliffhanger was ridiculous.
So that is my TV review for today. Now I have to finish up a couple of things and publicly transport my way to BWI via train from Union Station. It wouldn't be a big deal but climbing up the bus stairs is difficult for me!
Happy weekend to all!
