Repeat run

I ended up running a lot of the same route this morning as yesterday, but it didn't matter. It was a really gorgeous day--even a little chilly when we got started--and the humidity from yesterday had gone. My knee didn't feel all that excellent, but I'm going to ignore that for now. I ran with Camille, as is the case on most Sundays, and we usually have pretty in-depth conversations so it is just as well to do an out and back route that we don't really have to think about. I thought we would run into the Avon Breast Cancer walk people again, but maybe they were closer to downtown today. There were also several pretty big 5 and 10Ks going on in D.C. today but we didn't see those either.

When I got back, we had a relaxing waffles and coffee brunch and then I took my friend who was staying here to the train station. It was fun having her here. Last night we had entertained thoughts of actually going out to see a movie but we ended up staying in and watching "Stranger Than Fiction" On Demand. I really enjoyed it and was shocked that I managed to stay awake for it. Anyway, the rest of the day was spent doing a couple of errands and then Matt and I read the paper in the sun outside. I rode my trainer a little bit tonight and now have worked up another appetite, so I am about to make dinner. I have Jury Duty tomorrow and I don't have to report until 10:30, so I am looking forward to starting the week off with a bit more sleep under my belt.
