Gym again
It's definitely easier to write exciting entries when I run than when I go to the gym. But that's how it goes. The lingering knee pain when I put a lot of weight on it--like when I walk up and down stairs--is still around. I split my workout pretty equally between ellipticalling and biking on the stationary bike. I never felt really great; I expected to start this week out tired from my busy weekend but hopefully I can catch up over the long weekend.
I had a busy day at work today, and I think it will be that way all week. But I don't mind as it makes the week go by faster! I went to the gym after work and lifted arms. I am really bummed that I am no longer able to do my hamstring strengthening. I was really doing well there for a while and I am worried that this will cause problems with my weak hammy. But, as I have said way too much lately, what can I do?
