Groundhog Day workout
I always forget about Groundhog Day, but my mom teaches first grade so it is a pretty big deal in those circles. I spoke to her earlier in the week and she reminded me. It was also supposed to be icy and potentially snowy this morning, but luckily it was only wet, since I was driving. However, the back stairs leading to our garage were definitely a little scary.
I made it to the gym unscathed, but running late. It was pretty quiet there, since it was a dreary Friday morning and exam time for the med students. I ellipticalled for most of the workout and then did an easy mile on the treadmill to work on picking up my knees a little bit. No major complaints about the workout and I almost finished my current book.
I am watching the Millrose Games on TV now, although they keep interrupting the 3,000 with memories of previous Millroses. Matt's dad actually invited us to go this year but we decided it would be too hard to get there on a Friday by the time we needed to. Anyway, that's it for me, so happy weekend to all!
