I think I have a cold

I went to sleep before Matt last night and when he came in, I woke up and realized I was soaked in sweat. I changed my clothes and fell back to sleep but when I woke up for real in the morning, I felt like I might be coming down with a cold. I was going to run today, but I didn't feel like it (!) so I went to the gym to cross train instead in case I am getting a cold. I ellipticalled as usual and it was fine. I didn't feel too bad and I didn't feel that great, but I'll take it.

Everyone was back at work after the couple of days off for Thanksgiving and it was nice to have the hustle and bustle around me again. My throat hurt me a little bit during the day but I didn't feel any more sick than I did in the morning. I took a walk to get some lunch because it was pretty mild out (though not as warm as the forecasters had predicted because it never got that sunny).

Tonight I rushed through my lifting because I was finishing something at work and left later than usual. I was psyched to see that they finally replaced some of the old, 1980s Nautilus equipment with some new, modern stuff--in Hoya blue and gray, of course. I never would have predicted that MIT's gym would have been nicer than Georgetown's, but that is currently the case!

Wow, I'm so proud of you for not feeling like running. It proves that you are human :-)
