A sweaty day
I was very uncomfortable today, both outside--where it is 71 degrees and humid at 8pm--and in, where the heat was still on, because, of course, it's the last day of November. I guess that's why people were wearing turtleneck sweaters as well. I was hot from the time I got to the gym and couldn't stop sweating when (after working out and showering) I got to my office. Shockingly, it wasn't that bad inside the gym during my ellipticalling. I am reading yet another Jodi Picoult book and got to a very surprising/suspenseful part in the middle of the workout, so it pumped me up. See, reading can be an aerobic activity.
I lifted at lunch and thus had the same problem of being really hot again when I got back to my office. But I've found that if I drink a lot of water and just sit still, I will cool off. Eventually.
Okay, enough complaining--it is supposed to be very windy and rainy tomorrow afternoon when the cold front comes through, so I'm sure that will bring weather more to my liking!
