Unexplained tiredness

Today was one of those days where it was cloudy outside and I was totally dragging on the inside, too. Matt had an early flight to New York this morning so he and I were able to leave the apartment together to walk down to the metro (him) and bus (me.) I felt kind of tired right when I woke up, but on the bus, I got really sleepy and it never really lifted. I felt like I was on the elliptical forever since time was crawling by. Yuck. As for my hip, I made sure to stretch out well today and it seems to have loosened up some. The back of my knee felt a little weird walking up hills today, which could be due to the fact that yesterday was the first time in months that I "ran" uphill. I hope it's just lingering soreness from returning to running.

I managed to wake up a little bit by noon, so I got a lot of work done in the afternoon. I lifted in the middle of the day and the gym was blissfully empty and not too hot. Tonight I will be watching Grey's, of course, but first all of the tenants in our townhouse are meeting to discuss the mouse problem. Yes, I continue to be terrorized by something that can fit through a quarter-inch hole. I just can't help it, they freak me out!

Let me know if your townhouse needs a visit from Killer, I mean Izzy. I'll just put him on the next train down there...
