Fall is in the air
As my office-mate keeps reminding me, this taste of fall weather we are having here in Washington will almost certainly be replaced by several more bouts of hot and humid weather. But I like to remind her that the overall trend is toward more of these days, not less! I'll take what I can get. I loved walking to the bus this morning without sweating (well, not much anyway) and tonight was a little chilly walking home.
Of course, I was in the gym this morning, but it actually wasn't as stifling hot as usual. I kept the tape on my knee until I was done with the elliptical. It was getting itchy but I think that and the work that Barb did yesterday on my leg is helping...at least for now. I won't try running for a couple more days anyway, but walking around at least felt better. I lifted at lunchtime because I had an appointment after work. It was nice to get it out of the way early.
All right, as my fellow bloggers will agree, it's almost time for Grey's so I better go get ready!

What I finally had to do with a groin pull is simply stop all cardio for 8 weeks and heal. it takes forever to get back in shape, though. maybe one problem is leading to another for you, and you just need absolute time away from the knee.
