Beach party
I tried to go use the gym at the YMC near our hotel this morning, but they don't allow guests who are not escorted by a member. So much for that plan. I was relegated back to the crappy hotel fitness room (surprising because it happens to be a very nice hotel) and the strange elliptical machine. It feels like you are going downhill the whole time, which is a really awkward sensation. It's also one of the hardest machines I've ever been on. I was panting just on level one. (I guess that's why these machines are not top sellers.) I managed to spend a half hour on it and spent the rest of my workout biking. Thankfully, the bikes they had were decent.
