Another tiring day in D.C.
Another day, another interview. Not like I've had so many, but it feels like I've been doing this for a long time. I woke up this morning feeling pretty tired because I didn't sleep that well. I woke up all sweaty and tossed and turned after that. I walked up to the gym and had a feeling I wasn't going to have the best workout. I was surprised that it was as crowded as it was since it was still pretty early. I managed to snag a bike but had a hard time getting into a rhythm and staying motivated. Plus, I stopped my watch at some point and didn't really know how long I had been on, and I hate that. Eventually I decided I had had enough and did my sit-ups and went back to Laura's apartment to get ready for my interview.
The interview went pretty well, but it was tiring to be "on" for so many hours in a row. I was beat when I finished. I ended up walking back to Laura's because I couldn't quite figure the bus schedule. It was hot (especially in a suit!) but not too humid so I was okay. Later in the afternoon, I lifted and then we went to our favorite sushi place for dinner and to hang out with our cousin (my cousin-in-law, really) who also lives in D.C. Now I am very ready for bed!
