Packing up
Today was our first full day of not just putting clothes in suitcases, but putting things in boxes, too. It is strange because I feel like we just moved in. As I wrap things in bubble wrap, I am thinking about unwrapping all of our fragile things when we moved in! We're spending much of the evening packing, too, and it feels very cozy since it's raining outside.
I'm still not "testing" my knee since that seems to be setting me back so much every time I do it, so I biked on my trainer this morning while watching a cheesy (but kind of enjoyable!) movie On Demand, First Daughter. I'm a sucker for those movies marketed to 13-18 year old girls. Matt woke up when I had about a half hour left on the bike and he kept asking me when I would be done since he always likes to wait for me to have breakfast (it's usually a second breakfast for me.) I'm still not used to having him there when I work out!
My knee has been feeling pretty good in the past couple of days. It still bothers me when I curl up into a fetal position in bed, and when I first get up from sitting for a long time. I have been trying to make a massage appointment with someone who Mary heard was good with athletes, but she is hard to reach. It's very frustrating because I know that even though the pain has lessened, it will return once I try to run. I miss my daily runs so much.
All right, I'm going to try and do a little more work before camping out in front of the television or a movie...Good night!
