In another state again
We're currently back in New York after spending most of the day in D.C. We finally saw an apartment we liked a lot, but I'm going to wait until we find out if we get it before I say too much!
This morning I biked at Washington Sports Club. I tried to do a little "workout" with "hill" intervals on the spin bike. Although my knee feels a lot better--much closer to how it felt before my test run--it still bothers me when I climb on the spin bike. So I don't know how great of a workout I got. But I was sweating all over the place so I suppose I did okay.
Anyway, this is just a quick update because the rest of the day was either spent walking around or in a car...not too exciting but a day is a day!
