A less hectic day

Today felt like a much more relaxing day even though (Matt) still did a lot of driving. I used the elliptical for 70 minutes or so this morning at Matt's mom's house. My knee felt better than it did the past couple of days but I had a hard time staying focused and making sure I was getting as good of a workout as I wanted. I watched part of Jerry Maguire, which seemed really outdated, and a couple of episodes of the new season of the Real World/Road Rules challenge show. Nothing like quality TV to pass the time. I am actually reading a funny new book but I find it extremely difficult to read on the elliptical because the words bounce up and down. So the boob tube it was.

We drove back up to Boston in the early afternoon and since it was so gloomy and overcast out, I slept almost the whole way. I didn't intend to, I just couldn't keep my eyes open! We had dinner tonight with Mary and her husband, which was fun, and now we are about to watch the season finale of The Sopranos!
