Dragging our heavy legs

Both Alison and I were complaining about having tired/heavy legs this morning. I could tell when I started out that it was not going to be one of those "effortless run" days. We tried an out and back route that Alison had done with the Tufts team. There is a part of it that goes along a river/stream on a trail, and that part was nice, but we agreed that the rest of it was pretty boring. But our runs are never too boring because we have stimulating conversation to liven them up! OK, maybe it's not that stimulating all of the time, but at least it passes the time.

I was at school most of the day today and then went to the gym again to bike and lift. Tonight was the second Tuesday of our track hiatus--we start back up again next week. I can't believe it is nearly May. Wow, where did the year go? I wish I had time to wax poetic about the last few weeks of grad school...but ironically, I've got work to do!
