Spring has sprung...
...although the weekend weather forecast has some "changes in store" as the meteorologists like to say. But this morning I was roasting in my shorts and long-sleeve shirt. The snow is almost all gone and I was fine walking around in a t-shirt during the day. Woop-dee-doo. My run today took me across the main Harvard campus, over to Belmont and back through North Cambridge. It's a route I used to do often but haven't as much lately. My legs felt okay, I was just kind of bored being by myself with no iPod (I left it in my gym locker.) Other than that, I don't have any commentary on my run.
I had a nice lunch "reunion" with the few other people and the professor from my aging class in the fall. One of the women in our class couldn't come because she is literally about to give birth! After lunch, I went to class, and then I headed to MIT. I did a little lifting and then met tagged along with three of the MIT runners for their run. They didn't have to go so far since they are tapering for a big meet on Saturday, so it was perfect for a second run for me. I actually felt a little peppier than I did in the morning, which was an added bonus.
I need to get up early tomorrow so I'm going to end here and finish up a couple of things. Where does the time go??
