Back to my roots
This is very surreal. Matt and I are sitting in a hotel room in Washington directly across the street from the apartment where we lived for five years. If I don't look out the window, we could be anywhere! But it's nice to be back. We left Westchester at about 11:30 this morning, after I did a quick pre-workout run that ended up being longer than I thought because I got a little lost trying to repeat part of a run that A showed me! I'll get it right next time. We got to DC at around 4:30 and I ended up sleeping most of the way. I just can't help it when I'm a passenger in a moving vehicle! I felt bad though, because Matt was tired from staying up too late.
