Summer's back

I think it's supposed to be back in the 50s (and rainy) this weekend, but it sure was hot today! My legs were very heavy this morning after last night's workout, and I didn't feel so great. In fact, I think I got progressively slower throughout the run. By the time I got home, I was pretty dehydrated--with all my sweating, it takes me a while to get used to running when it's hot, even when I'm not even out there too long. But some Gatorade and getting out of the sun fixed me right up.

My friend and I decided to go to Harvard's main library to try and get some work done today. I have never been there before but had heard it was beautiful, and it was. It was really crowded since it's probably finals week university-wide, but it really was nice being in there.

After I finished what I needed to do at the library, I went to the gym to bike and lift as usual. It was very hot in there today, but luckily I snagged three towels on the way in without anyone noticing me going over the "limit." What luck, I know :) OK, back to work!
