Dragging from the hills
I actually wasn't as sore as I expected this morning, after doing those hills last night. I'm just kind of tired, and it's been getting worse all day long. Luckily I was awake enough to survive my test (barely--it was a hard one) and get through my classes. Now I only have one more class left! And a paper, though, so I'm not getting ahead of myself.
I tried to keep my run short today, around 5 miles, but I misjudged my route and went a little longer. My legs were most tired on the downhills, actually. Luckily there weren't too many ups OR downs! I had no idea it was raining when I left my apartment, because it just looked gray and Boston.com said "fog." It was only a drizzle, but it kept up most of the time I was running and made me a little cold once I was really sweaty. Later on in the day it was sunny, but while I was biking (and reading US Weekly) it started to pour. But by the time I finished lifting and got back on the bus to go home, the sun was coming out again. Very strange indeed.
Matt has a club dinner or something tonight so I plan to take advantage of the quiet and (shocker) do some work! Tomorrow I will probably feel compelled to watch the finale of The Apprentice (or maybe just the very end) so I better get some stuff taken care of tonight.
