It's Spring
I know this will come as a shock to most of my faithful readers, but I was a little hot during my brief run today as the temperatures were already near 60. Yes, this will be weather I will look fondly back on in August, but today I was hot in shorts and a sports bra.
I only ran about 5 miles today (and not on the trails as that plan didn't work out) and feel slightly guilty about it, but I've taken a lot of time this week to cross train/lift/swim in addition to running, and today I promised myself I would study as much of the day as possible. I've also gotten a lot of stuff done around the apartment, so at least I am being productive. Anyway, I felt pretty decent on the run, except for being hot, and actually my IT band felt like it was loosening up as I got further into the run.
That's really it, nothing else too exciting to report! Back to the books.
