I'm alive, really!!
I am kind of disappointed in myself for falling off the face of the planet this week, even though I knew I would. But I'm still here!! I am training a little and going to this intense boot camp training class most of the time which is fun but tiring. I am proud to say I do think I'll get all my training in this week, with a little help from last week :) It is actually nice having a light, easy week.
And with that I am off to bed, so I can wake up, do a fartlek workout, and go back to class!!

OOOHHH!! Hope you didn't injure yourself, while falling off the planet. That would be bad.
Have fun at class, and learning about whatever the heck a math process is.
