Busy Unemployment
It is amazing how busy a person can feel while unemployed. I seriously wonder how I'll get anything done when I am working again! It'll be tough. I haven't been running all that much in the last two days. Yesterday I ellipticalled for 65 minutes, lifted, and ran 4 miles. Today I ellipticalled for 65 minutes and we're going to yoga later, no running for me. I don't know why, but last night I woke up at 2:00 am and I was really nauseous - I went into the bathroom and laid on the floor for a half hour and was convinced that I would puke (I hardly ever puke). It was not good, and today I am still feeling a little queasy and just not myself. In addition to that I'm a bit tired from not sleeping well and hanging on the bathroom floor.
I wanted to run today but it didn't seem like a good idea. So tomorrow, to celebrate my last day of job-free time, I think I may drive up to Boulder and have a nice trail run. I don't have much of anything to do tomorrow so that will be good! Now I am off to lay on the couch for a few minutes before I marinate chicken and then head to yoga.
