Quick notes before class

My class is about to start for the day but I wanted to write up what I've been doing very quickly.

Yesterday it was incredibly windy here. It sucked frankly - 50 mile per hour gusts in Denver, up to 80 elsewhere. It was truly impossible to run outside. So I ran for 7 minutes outside to get to the gym, ran 7 miles at the gym on the treadmill, lifted legs, then ran home and added on a bit so that I would have 9 miles for the day. Then I went and bought groceries, hung out with Matty, studied up a bit for today, and went to sleep. I have been all about the sleeping the last few days because I felt so awful last week. I got up at 7:00 today and decided to go for a short run just to shake my legs out and stuff. I ran 3 miles (28 minutes) and then booked it in to work to get ready. Tonight I am going to run maybe 7 miles and then cook dinner for Matt in honor of his first week at his new job! Should be a good day :)
