Not in the mood to blog
For some reason this week I have been pretty uninspired by blogging. I am just not that into it right now which is probably for a few reasons: one, I have been teaching this course so all I do all day is talk. I am sick of talking. Two, my running is not too inspiring or exciting right now, and in fact you might say it kind of sucks. Three, I have been pretty darned busy!
However, here I am, blogging away. I have actually been running a somewhat decent amount this week even though I haven't been feeling very well. All day I seem to be kind of light-headed, headachy, and just have no energy. All I want to do is go to bed but somehow I seem to be getting through my runs. Yesterday I ran 8 miles after work, and the day before I did the same (that day was 11 miles total due to my morning run). Today I am going to get out of work as early as possible, run (short recovery run I think), and then hopefully take a nap before we go out since I feel like such crap. I am still kind of thinking that my feeling like crap this week is pretty closely related to exhausting myself last week through not sleeping nearly enough. So all I can do is rest up as much as possible and hope that I feel better soon. Kind of frustrating but what can you do. I should probably also go and get my multi-vitamin and my iron and Vitamin C supplements from my apartment and start taking them regularly again because that probably can't hurt.

It sounds like you've had a lot of symptoms lately (the stomach problems, too). If this keeps up, I hope you'll consider seeing a doctor. Hopefully more rest (and vitamins) will help, though.
I'm very excited for my trip to Boulder. I'll definitely have to make time to see you while I'm there!!
