Home!!!
I love being home so much! It is so great here. I got in around 1:30 yesterday which was awesome. I am a huge slacker and for that I should be ashamed but I am not. It was in the 40s here when I got home, so the weather was relatively the same as in the New York area. I ran an easy 4 miles yesterday around Wash Park, right by my apartment, which was really fun since I have not had the chance to run there much. I was planning on just having a mellow run but this girl passed me so I tried to stay with her for a while. And I decided that running at altitude is hard.
I may go run with my group tomorrow but I may not. So far after getting home I have already driven to Boulder twice, which is kind of ridiculous.
My running for today is still up in the air, I may do a trail run up here in Boulder, although I may go do one of my old high school runs in a little bit. I have to get my snow tires put on this afternoon but then the afternoon is pretty free so I am planning to go for a swim, which I haven't done for a while.
That is the plan, we will see how it goes. It is great to be in Denver! I hope to get some decent running in this weekend and will do my workout (10k pace workout) tomorrow regardless of driving to Boulder or not.
